Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid digital products published by CacheLane Studios (OPC) Private Limited, including NodeBook Digital Edition Bundle.
Digital purchases are final. We do not offer discretionary refunds, exchanges, returns, or cancellations after purchase.
Digital Delivery
Paid products are delivered as downloadable files or access links. Access begins after payment confirmation. Digital delivery makes the sale final once the order is completed.
Mandatory Rights
Some countries or regions grant non-waivable consumer rights for digital content. Those rights apply where required by law and may be handled through Polar as merchant of record.
Where a mandatory refund is approved, access to the purchased product may be disabled.
Duplicate Charges And Access Problems
If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or cannot access purchased files after a completed payment, contact support with your Polar receipt email and order details.
We will work with Polar to verify the transaction and restore access, correct the order, or apply the remedy required by law or Polar buyer terms.
