NodeBook provides free online educational content and paid digital products. Current paid products are listed on the purchase page and currently include:

• Digital Bundle: For offline study. Does not include Node Runtime Labs.
• Node Runtime Labs: For building the concepts from scratch. Does not include EPUB, PDFs, slides, or cheatsheets.
• NodeBook Pro: For readers who want everything. Includes both paid products.
• Digital Bundle Team: For team offline study. Team license for the downloadable Volume I materials.
• Node Runtime Labs Team: For team runtime training. Team license for the paid lab guides.
• NodeBook Pro Team: For teams that want every paid product. Team license includes both paid products.

The online guide may change as chapters are written, revised, moved, or removed. Paid files may receive updates when updated files are prepared for release.

Paid orders are processed through Polar. Polar acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller for paid orders and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment-related buyer requests.

Prices shown on this site may be presented before tax. Polar shows the final checkout total before payment. Product access and product support are handled by Ishtmeet Singh.

Paid digital products are delivered as downloadable files, Markdown lab guides, update emails, or access links after Polar confirms payment. Keep your Polar receipt and delivery email. Support can help restore access when the purchase can be verified.

Individual paid products are licensed to one purchaser for personal use. Team paid products are licensed for internal reader access by up to 25 team members, with internal sharing allowed for up to 30 people. Redistribution, resale, public posting, file sharing outside the stated team limits, and uploading paid files to shared repositories or training datasets require written permission.

You may use the free online content for reading, learning, and normal referencing. You may link to public pages.

Automated scraping, bulk copying, circumvention of access controls, credential sharing outside licensed access limits, and use that interferes with the site or delivery systems may lead to blocked access.

The site and digital files are maintained as an independent publishing project. Access may pause during maintenance, hosting incidents, security work, or provider outages.

Lifetime access means access to the purchased files and included updates for the lifetime of the product, subject to platform, operational, legal, and security limits.

The material is technical education for software developers. Code samples, explanations, diagrams, and recommendations should be tested in your own environment before production use.

You remain responsible for your own systems, deployments, data, security choices, performance decisions, and compliance obligations.

Digital product sales are final. The Refund Policy explains the no-refund position and the mandatory consumer rights that may apply through Polar or local law.

NodeBook, The Node.js Guide, paid files, diagrams, slides, cheatsheets, labs, and related materials are owned by Ishtmeet Singh or licensed to him unless another credit appears.

Node.js and related project names belong to their respective owners. References to third-party projects are descriptive.

The website and digital products are provided as published educational materials. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ishtmeet Singh limits liability for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or production incidents connected to use of the material.

Where liability can be limited, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or region.
