How can we help?

Help with the NodeBook apps, your reading progress, account access, purchases, Runtime Labs, and Raw Mode.

Email ish@thenodebook.com with a short description of what happened. Include the phone model and app version when the problem is inside the iPhone or Android app. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, license keys, or payment details.

Sign-in and access

NodeBook signs you in with a one-time code sent to your email. Use the same address you used on nodebook.com so your purchases and access can be attached automatically. If the code does not arrive, check spam and try once more before contacting support.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are completed on nodebook.com through Polar. Open your web account to view access or manage a subscription. Cancelling a subscription stops its next renewal and keeps access through the already-paid period. It is not a refund.

Delete your account

In the NodeBook app, open You, then Security, then Delete account. Confirm Delete permanently. This removes the account, synced progress, practice attempts, submissions, private support conversation, and registered devices.

If you cannot open the app, email ish@thenodebook.com from the address on the account and ask for deletion. Purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, and payment-dispute records may be kept where the law or payment processing requires it. Account deletion does not cancel an active subscription, so manage the subscription first.
